Last year, I went to Paris and was thrilled upon seeing Cybersix graphic novels on the shelves. I bought what I could and brought it back to the U.S. I was watching the show again tonight and nostalgia over the comic brought me here. Thank you for this dedication page. It is wonderful to see more of his work.

Thanks very much for this page. 

Star Wars: Underworld was my first ever comic book. I now aspire to be a graphic novel creator. His art style captivated me and if not for his passing away would have inspired many more generations to come. I just found out who this artist is today after buying the star wars Boba Fett omnibus. I only bought it in hopes of finding the artist. I hope to carry on as an artist deriving alot of inspiration from his work and I will never forget it now that it is tucked away on my shelf.

I found an amazing article written by Humberto Ramos in tribute to Carlos Meglia. I know I am extremely late to the party but I thought for those who have not found it before and read it, it would touch them like it did me. I have been familiar with Carlos' work but didn't really know it. I was ready old issues of sketch magazine and in an interview with Mike Weiringo he mentions how much of a fan he is of Carlos. I think it was printed before his death because there is no mention about it. It was a fast extreme circle of emotions when I looked him up. I saw all his amazing work. Some I knew and a lot I did not. Then seeing that my new hero added to the list has passed. I will happily search for his back issues and enjoy what I can. The link

It's been 3 years and I still wish he was around making art. I was introduced out of sheer luck of search engines, to find Carlos' work. Instantly was enchanted by what I saw. From that moment on I had a thirst to find as much art and as many 'tutorials' and vids of interviews and his process as I could locate.

Sounded like a great guy, as well as a sensational artist. Still missed for sure. Thank you for making this DA page.
