Is there any advice from you that I can use for paint tool sai?

Would highly recommend using a tablet if you don't already.
It's mainly like any other program other than that.
I use a multiply layer for my shading, my shading is always colored, never just straight black. Usually winds up being a blue-gray color or other colors mixed with gray depending on the background Im using.
Uhmmm, the pen tool is lovely for line work, the watercolor tool is great for backgrounds. Blur tool is useful for gradients.
Utilize the keyboard shortcuts. CRTL Z is your best friend.

Depends on the quality (flat color, shaded, etc)
But its usually about 100pts to every 1$
So for shaded it would be 3000pts
