Sorry for that, needed your username again and saw that amazing piece of work. I love it on many technical merits (dat lighting), but also for a nice nostalgia trip.  ^^

I am "retiring" for real this time, so I wrote a journal entry on it.  I guess it wasn't so bad, though... we've done quite a lot in 5 years....

It's ironic, really – I remember getting my first lessons on lighting from you, but being lazy and unmotivated as usual, I never really put what I learned into action until relatively recently. My mind's always worked on its own (slightly slow) schedule, I suppose. But the gears never would have been set into motion without your help.

I just commented on your journal – this comes as very sad news, indeed. It's been a hell of a time though — I look back on it with bittersweet nostalgia, but it's generally more "sweet" than "bitter". Thanks for being there for so many years; I'm proud to have known you as a friend!

Thank you Bella, and yes as time passes, I too start having fond memories of the past, both good and bad.  All those brainstorming sessions we had of the old Unix clans, and that really amazing comic you did...  The Christmas comic I worked on with Katt-chan...

Really seems like only yesterday, when in fact it's been so many years ago.  

But anyway, I'm glad you're experimenting more in the field of lighting -- as most hollywood films will show, sometimes it's all about the lighting. ^__^

If you would have given me pinkie pie than that would have been fine. I heard her mane smells like cotton candy! Who wouldn't want the scent of cotton candy in their house!
