# About me
Brian was born in Norfolk, England in 1946.During the 1960s he studied at Art College in London, later taking a sculptors apprenticeship in the studio of Michael Werner.
In 1969 Brian opened his own London workshop employing six fellow artisans producing bronze originals and limited editions aimed at collectors and galleries in the UK and overseas.
In 1997 Brian emigrated to Australia where he continued to create art for galleries and also teach. After moving interstate several times, he has retired from sculpting and now lives in Melbourne with his partner, Patricia.
However, his creativity continues through graphic art where he relies entirely upon his imagination for ideas and subject matter, creating surreal, conceptual images that are often bizarre and whimsical in their nature.
