I've got two free periods in a row now, so I'm at home... omg, it breaks my heart, there has been a rain drop on my lens I didn't recognize. Nearly half of the photos are unusable...

Yes, but only for a single lesson, so I'll be back home at around 1 o'clock pm.
I guess two third of the photos are simply usable, but the ones with the drop on it have been the best ones, it's such an unfortunate garbage...
The droplet doesn't add anything to the photos, if you ask me... It's just blurring a specific point of the pictures, mixing up the colours and things like that 
I'm using a 1000D by the way, the little brother of your 450D

That sucks so, so badly! Can you crop the parts with the droplets out? I bet its righhhttt in the middle (if so, how typical!) I always have to take hundreds of photos and then sort through them until I find 1 or 2 good ones. You'll find something to upload, I'm sure! Well. I hope you do.
I agree about our cameras! I havent ever used a 1000D but I have been told they are very good!

The drop sat in the middle of the line between the exact middle point of the images and the left bottom corner, cropping it out would destroy the picture compositions, I guess, but I'll try to rescue as much as I can this evening
Hehe, I always do it the same way, shooting 200-300 photos and then finding only 2 or 3 really good ones which I finalize.
The 1000D and the 450D are nearly the same, but the 450D has a higher resolution and faster image rows, if I remember correctly.

Ah how frustrating! Still... I think you can do it! I have some sort of irrational sense of faith in you! I have no idea why.
I thinkkkk most of the canon cameras are the same... the LCD screens get bigger and the shooting gets faster as they are released though. I think thats about it. I love how most of the lenses fit all of the bodies!
