These are really well done, do you use power tools (dremel/foredom) or hand tools ?

Thanks! I normally use hand tools. The power tools are good for rough but not for finish.

cool, any chance you could post a photo of the hand tools you use?  I carve bone and interested to see what you use to get the fine detail

 Sure. It's a piece of wood (like a pencil) and needle. The edge of the blade is same like a wood carving tool, just tiny. I made all my tools

Awesome, thanks, The smallest I have made is from 1.5mm drill bits (the blank end).  It looks like the stainless needles you're using get some finer detail, so it's time for me to make some more tools
