I resently recived this message for two of my submitted prints:
The reason provided by the Quality Control Technician was:
We are sorry, but the source file(s) of this print have been rejected
because they did not pass processing. This is often a temporary and
random issue, but can occur in submissions with a high amount (10+) of
product sources with images larger than ~7,000 pixels in width or
height. Resubmitting the print in multiple sessions with fewer sources
at a time should solve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I'm having troble understanding what i need to change to make my works acceptible. Could you shed some light on this?

mm.. they say that if you had like multiply source files for your print.. like you had one file for photo print and like another file for mug.. and they were large files.. like 7000x7000 or larger.. that may be the case and they just say that resubmit the file.. upload new print file.. and try again
