I'm more into the idea of creating an "ideal image" for different characters in my vectors. Since everybody's ideals are different, some of my creations aren't perceived as good by some people.
If the character is female, eyes play an important role to construct this image. Eyeshadows and long eyelashes can make a female character look more beautiful if they're used correctly.
However I want to show the character's image as a whole, and while these scenes serve as interesting thoughts for RP purposes, or they could inspire someone who could animate these scenes, they're not particularly effective as possible subjects of vectors.

Actually, your ideas would work much better if you would choose a cartoon in which the eye colors of the characters are seen. Cartoons like TLH and Gravity Falls lack this, thus they have to rely on a character's facial expressions to let the viewer understand the current mood of that character.
