Ahh, maybe! I personally did the one on my profile page using Paint tool Sai and Windows Movie Maker, and while it was increasingly tedious, I can honestly say I enjoyed doing it. It's not the greatest thing ever, but I had fun and personally am proud of it hah xD so if you enjoy it, it doesn't even have to be complete! :> even trying out a few sketchy animations to maybe learn how to do things or get some creativity flowing or something, and before you know it, you'd be making your own animations!

Well what you can do, for at least starters, is do each layer as a different frame, and once your satisfied with each frame, save each layer as its own individual file--if that makes any sense?? I'm not exactly the best at giving a tutorial like this xD I mean if you wanted you could look up on youtube to see if there are any tutorials out there for people who may or may not animation using Paint net. But anyway, you don't happen to have the program Windows Movie Maker do ya?

Ahh, that's what I use to put all the files (usually .png files) onto, then edit things like timing and placement to make it one fluid... thing?? I'm not quite sure how to explain hah, if you're really serious about it definitely look up some tutorials or tips XD
