And I finally fixed it but it still scans in picture too lightly so I have to ink in the pictures.

That's a problem I learned back in the beginning of 09 when I found out that color copies don't work well with pencil drawings. First it started with Camoflauge when I tried just inking him alone and left the rest of my picture in pencil. Then a few months later I started inking my work. My work has improved with inking.

Scanners are just like color copiers. They think that the pencil element is not important, so they ignore your work.
