I see the resemblance you mean but still, the only flaws that are written in that folder are that she is mean (rarely) and angry once in a while. These are traits most people have and don't add any dept to her character. And yes a bio would be nice.

Yes, she is a very... interesting character. I have never seen any character this powerful. I suggest (to avoid making her overpowered) removing some of her powers and adding some flaws to her personality. This will surely help making her more balanced as she looks like a Mary-Sue right now. Please, forgive me if I'm rude by saying this.
