Well, I've been using my old Pokémon handbook for reference (that's right, I still have one of those), so if you have anything like that, that would be a good place to start. Apart from that, I think you're doing fine as you are, your Eevee sketch is very good. I look forward to seeing some more

And nope, I don't have a handbook (But I used to!) xD

I usually just browse through google until I come across a picture I like, then I just use that basic design but give it my own features x]
