You don't need a degree to work for an art company, just need an artist job resume and art portfolio, you got that. Now would be the time to apply for art job applications. You need to go on a job search website. But, before that, make a anime artist job resume and put it in pdf format. Then, go to job search website and fill out applications for artist/animator. Remember to put your deviantart page on your job resume. I would tell you more but I need to look good job right now. I been doing small jobs here and there. But, I need a good job now. So, I can't tell you how to do more. I dont have time right now. I hope this helps you though.
