(( Well, APH France is often represented at sucking with technology, but in reality, France is good at making high tec stuff... also, France is known for its quality animations... what else, I see Francis as a Paris guy that has some southerner personality traits, like if he was from Paris and moved down south, so you could make your 2p!France look like he isn't from Paris? (darker or clearer hair depending on southern or northern origins, green, brown or grey eyes... )
